Is Batch Nurseries adults-only?
Yes, our site is exclusively for guests aged 18 and over, ensuring a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.
Do you allow dogs on-site?
Yes, we welcome up to 2 dogs per pitch. Dogs must be kept on leads while on site.
What facilities are available for touring guests?
We provide hardstanding pitches with electric hook-ups, clean toilets, hot showers, fresh drinking water points.
Do you offer caravan storage?
Yes, we offer secure gated caravan storage on hardstanding pitches with on site management and flexible access.
How much does caravan storage cost?
Storage is £45 per month for single axle caravans/small campervans, and £55 per month for twin axle caravans/motorhomes. We offer 6 and 12-month storage terms, payable by bank transfer or standing order, with one month required upfront.
How do I pay for storage?
Caravan storage is paid via bank transfer or standing order, with one month’s payment due up front to secure your space.
How do I pay for touring stays?
Touring stays are payable on arrival by cash or bank transfer.
Do touring prices include facilities?
Yes, all touring prices include use of toilets, showers, and fresh water points.
What are your touring rates?
Pitches (including 2 adults and electric hook-up) are £20 per night. Additional adults are £5 per night. Dogs stay free (maximum 2 per pitch).
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 12pm. Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure.
Are campfires and barbecues allowed?
Yes, campfires and barbecues are welcome but must be on raised stands to protect the ground.
Are groups allowed?
We do not accept large groups or parties, as the site is designed for a quiet and peaceful stay.
Do you have WiFi on-site?
At present, we do not provide WiFi. Most guests use their own mobile data, which has good coverage on-site.
Is the site secure?
Yes, we are a gated site with on site management, giving you peace of mind whether storing your caravan or staying overnight.
What local attractions are nearby?
We’re close to Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Wells, Bath, Weston-super-Mare, Brean and Burnham-on-Sea making us a great base to explore Somerset’s coast and countryside.
